We are looking to hire a skilled Handyman to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and cleaning. You will be responsible for applying minor repairs to the building and ensuring facilities are tidy and functional. Being reliable with a keen eye for detail is the first step to getting this job.
Handyman Person Responsibilities
• Perform general repairs and maintenance on buildings and property
• Check electrical systems and control panels to identify issues
• Conduct routine maintenance such as replacing light fixtures and minor plumbing repairs
• Power wash buildings and surrounding areas as required
• Prevent and address minor infestations such as insects and pests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Assist with renovations and collaborate with other tradesmen
• Report maintenance issues to management in a timely manner
• Ensure property security and prevent unauthorized access where necessary
• Be capable of lifting heavy objects and working in physically demanding conditions
