HANDYMAN/GENERAL HELPER.

CABELEN BUILDERS T/A CABELEN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT are seeking a reliable, skilled, and hardworking Handyman/General Helper to assist with general maintenance, repairs, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, and equipment servicing.

Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance, painting, cleaning, repairs, and upkeep.
Maintain and repair company machinery, equipment, appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Assist with HVAC installation, maintenance, duct cleaning, and repairs.
Inspect facilities, equipment, and outdoor areas for maintenance or safety issues.
Respond promptly and professionally to client maintenance requests.
Maintain parking areas, sidewalks, sprinkler systems, and trash containers.
Use and maintain hand and power tools safely.
Transport parts, tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites.
Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment.
Follow safety procedures, industry standards, and company policies.
Work with team members to provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications
3-4 years of experience
High school diploma or GED.
Relevant apprenticeship or maintenance experience is an asset.
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and maintenance tools.
Physically fit with good manual dexterity.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
Flexible to work weekends and holidays when required.
Clean police record.
