Hairstylist.

The Hairstylist is responsible for providing professional hair care services, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation within the salon. The role requires strong technical skills, creativity, and the ability to advise clients on suitable styles, treatments, and products.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Welcoming customers and ensuring they are comfortable throughout their service
Advising clients on suitable haircuts, colors, treatments, and overall hair care
Recommending appropriate hair products based on client needs
Washing, conditioning, cutting, coloring, and styling hair to professional standards
Staying up‑to‑date with the latest trends, hairstyles, techniques, and hair care products
Maintaining a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation at all times
Ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction

Qualifications Required:
Certificate or Diploma in Hairdressing, Cosmetology, or a related field
Formal training in cutting, coloring, styling, and chemical treatments
Strong knowledge of hair care products, tools, and industry standards

Experience Required:
Minimum 5–6 years professional experience as a hairstylist in a salon environment
Demonstrated experience in cutting, coloring, styling, and client consultation

Compensation & Hours:

Salary: CI$8.75 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
