The individual must be a good hairdresser and Braider. Should be quite good at cutting hair, excellent colorist, must be knowledgeable of hair coloring. As a braider, should be neat in braiding and knowledgeable in most current hair braiding styles. Punctuality is a must and good interpersonal skills.
