responsible for the following duties:
 Perform basic repairs including painting and filling crevices, cleaning facilities
 Detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs.
 Regularly check store spaces to identify issues with litter, mechanical failure, or breakdowns.
 Maintain the cleanliness of outside spaces such as parking lots and sidewalks.
 Oversee the sprinkler system and trash containers on the business premises.
 Ensure mechanical equipment is in working order and fixed as necessary.
 Complete general building cleaning
 Repair and paint touch-up doors, windows, walls, ceilings, and other parts of the building.
 Emptying trash and recycling receptacles around the facility.
 Change air conditioning filters as required.
