Reliable Gardening Landscape & Trenching is looking for experienced gardeners. The position involves planting, maintaining, and caring for plants, lawns, and landscapes, including tasks like mowing, pruning, fertilizing, weeding, pest control, It requires physical fitness and plant knowledge to keep green spaces healthy, beautiful, and free of debris.

• Must be able to provide a clean police record
• Must not have allergies to pollen or chemicals
• Must be able to report and begin working by 7am Mondays to Saturdays
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 60lbs

Key Responsibilities:
• Plant Care: Planting flowers, shrubs, trees; watering, fertilizing, mulching, pruning, and trimming.
• Lawn Maintenance: Mowing, edging, and feeding lawns.
• Weed & Pest Control: Identifying and treating plant diseases, infestations, and managing weeds.
• Groundskeeping: Clearing litter, leaves, and debris; maintaining walkways.
• Equipment Use: Operating and maintaining mowers, trimmers, and other gardening machinery.

Required Skills & Qualities:
• Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in all weather and perform manual labor.
• Plant Knowledge: Understanding of horticulture, plant health, and pest identification.
• Tool Proficiency: Skill in using hand tools and landscaping equipment.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring high standards for appearance and plant well-being.
• Reliability: Working independently or as part of a team.

Requirements & Skills
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years proven experience in gardening, landscaping, or groundskeeping.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy objects and work on one's feet for long periods in various weather conditions.
• Soft Skills: Attention to detail for monitoring plant health and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
