Grow with the Flow is looking for a gardener with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience.
Knowledge of tropical flora, efficient handling of tools, experience with all soft landscaping techniques, including hedge cutting, hand pruning and strimming required.
The position is working outdoors for 90% of the time in varied weather conditions.
Standard 45 hours per week. However, working weekends or extra hours to complete client projects on time may be required.
Working location is mobile across Grand Cayman.
