81 West Trading Ltd is seeking an experienced garden and retail center operative to work within the small team who possess good verbal, written and English reading skills.
The successful candidate must have propagation and nursery experience. They must be familiar with all types of plant propagation by cuttings / air layering / seed etc.
The candidate must have a welcoming attitude, can interact and communicate with customers, has a sales focused mind and is computer literate to use the point of sale.
Min of 5 years' experience in a similar role, within a tropical environment.
Knowledge of plant care, soils, fertilizers and pest control.
Familiarity with garden plants commonly grown in Cayman.
Local Cayman Island Drivers Licence is also required.
Mon – Sunday working hours. 8.30am – 5.00pm including public holidays.
