Full Time Automotive Paint Mixologist.

The Automotive Paint Mixologist will mix and match automotive paints using computerized systems and manual formulas to achieve precise color accuracy for OEM, refinishing, and custom applications. The role includes preparing paints, reducers, and hardeners in accordance with manufacturer guidelines; maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant mixing area; monitoring inventory and assisting with orders for paint and related materials; collaborating with technicians to support finish quality and workflow efficiency; and following all safety, environmental, storage, and handling procedures. The preferred candidate will have at least three years of experience in automotive paint mixing, refinishing, or a body shop environment, along with strong color-matching skills and close attention to detail. Familiarity with both waterborne and solvent-based paint systems is an asset. Candidates should be able to work independently, manage time effectively, use computerized paint-mixing software, and demonstrate a consistent commitment to safety and quality standards.
