DOOR KEEPER/DOORMAN.

About the Role
SEAROCK BAR AND RESTAURANT is seeking a courteous and responsible Door Keeper / Doorman to maintain a welcoming and secure environment for their guests. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a professional appearance, and a calm, confident demeanor.
Key Duties
Greet and assist guests courteously upon arrival and departure.
Monitor entry and exit points to ensure a safe and orderly flow of patrons.
Check identification when required and enforce entry policies.
Support the team in managing crowd control and maintaining a safe atmosphere.
Assist in emergency situations and follow company safety procedures.
Communicate effectively with management and staff to handle any incidents.
Specific Requirements
A person with previous experience in security or crowd management will be considered an asset. The successful candidate must be reliable, observant, and able to maintain composure in complicated or high-pressure situations.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in hospitality or customer service; security experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Punctual, trustworthy, and professional at all times.
Clean Police Clearance and two (2) reference letters required.
Hours
45 hours per week, with flexibility for evening and weekend shifts.
