Digital Media Sales Representative.

Duties:
• Associate responsible for taking, processing, and selling quality digital media assets while delivering excellent customer service
• Listens to, understands, and anticipates customer needs
• Takes proactive steps to follow up on requests and ensures customer satisfaction
• Responsible for handling all equipment safely with care
• Responsible for following all company policies and procedures, including cash handling
• Responsible for image/video.graphic quality
• All other necessary Adhoc, marketing and admin tasks

Skill and/or knowledge:
• Excellent communication skills required
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances (if necessary)
• Must be able to work in inclement weather conditions
• Must be flexible to work in different locations
• Access to your own car with a clean driver's license
• Must be able to carry up to 20lbs using upper body
• Full understanding of multi-lens usage for specific events
• Full understanding of a 3 system lighting and strobe setup preferably with Godox Lighting systems
• Fully qualified with Adobe's entire suite; mainly Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro and Illustrator
• Web design (HTML, css & javascript)
• Fully qualified drone license under CIAA and preferably over 50+ hours of operational use experience
• Fully proficient in BookWright & LRT 5.6 applications
• Advanced proficiency in Claude and Google Gemini, including prompt engineering, multimodal AI, structured data analysis, advanced research and the development of AI-assisted sales, marketing and administrative workflows.

Education and/or experience:
• 8+ years in customer sales and/or service experience in the digital media industry is preferred
