Responsibilities
Assist skilled workers with daily construction tasks
Load, unload, and transport materials (cement, bricks, steel, tools)
Prepare construction sites by cleaning and setting up equipment
Mix materials such as concrete, mortar, or grout
Hold and supply tools or materials to workers as needed
Remove debris and keep the site clean and organized
Help with basic tasks like digging, lifting, and measuring
Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders
