Cleaner/General Helper.

The successful applicant will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping assigned areas;
Sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and other public or assigned areas;
Disinfecting surfaces and ensuring proper hygiene and cleanliness;
Performing deep-cleaning duties as required;
Adhering to all applicable health and safety guidelines and company policies;
Reporting maintenance issues, damages or cleaning equipment malfunctions to the supervisor;
Assisting with general non-skilled duties relating to properties managed by the Company, including purchasing groceries and paying bills where required;
Assisting with other general duties as reasonably required in connection with the Company's operations.
Requirements

The successful applicant should:

Have relevant experience in cleaning and janitorial work, including deep cleaning;
Be able to work independently with minimum supervision;
Have good communication skills and be able to understand and follow verbal instructions in English;
Have the ability to work in different locations and environments;
Have a valid driver's licence and reliable transportation, as assignments may be located in areas where public transportation is not readily available;
Be willing and able to perform both cleaning and general helper duties;
Be able to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism when working in private homes and properties.
