• Prepare food in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Includes administrative duties such as organizing kitchen personnel, purchasing/ordering, preparing inventory and menu creations.
• Must have experience in a wood brick oven, preparing and baking dough for pizza, bread etc.
• Must be able to work long hours and late night shifts, holidays and weekends.
