We are seeking a multipurpose position: Carpenter / Steel Fixer
Responsible for performing a variety of carpentry and steel reinforcement tasks on construction projects. This role involves constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining wooden structures and formwork, as well as cutting, bending, placing, and securing reinforcing steel (rebar)

Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
Construct, install, and dismantle formwork, scaffolding, partitions, doors, windows, roofing, flooring, and other wooden structures.
Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install wood, plywood, and other construction materials.
Fabricate, cut, bend, place, tie, and secure reinforcing steel bars and mesh in accordance with approved drawings.
Install reinforcement for concrete foundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls, and other structural elements.
Inspect completed carpentry and steel fixing work to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and steel cutting and bending equipment safely.
Assist with concrete preparation, formwork installation, and reinforcement activities as required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Comply with all workplace health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in both carpentry and steel fixing on commercial, industrial, or residential construction projects.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and reinforcement schedules.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and applicable safety regulations.
Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.
