CARPENTER/MASON/PLUMBER HELPER.

Assist skilled carpenters, masons, and plumbers with construction, repair, installation, and maintenance work. Perform general labor duties, prepare and transport materials, maintain tools and equipment, and keep work areas clean and safe.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist carpenters with measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing wood materials.
• Assist masons with mixing and preparing cement, mortar, and concrete.
• Help with laying blocks, bricks, tiles, and other masonry materials.
• Assist plumbers with installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fittings, drains, and plumbing fixtures.
• Measure, carry, load, and organize construction materials and equipment.
• Prepare work areas and materials before construction or repair work begins.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
• Dig trenches, remove debris, and perform general construction labor.
• Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow instructions from skilled tradespeople and supervisors.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and moving supplies around the job site.
• Perform other general duties as assigned to support construction and maintenance projects.
