The successful applicant will be required to undertake a range of duties, including but not limited to the installation and finishing of drywall, windows, and doors; the construction and erection of wooden structures such as roofing frames, rafters, partitions, joists, and stud work; and the installation of cabinets, shelving, fitted furniture, drywall, and insulation.

The applicant will also be responsible for installing fixtures and fittings, including door handles, locks, hinges, and closures, as well as carefully selecting lumber based on its size, strength, quality, and suitability for each specific job.

The successful applicant must be able to effectively liaise with managers, suppliers, and other construction professionals to ensure work is completed efficiently and to the required standard.

The applicant must also demonstrate flexibility and be willing to undertake any additional duties or responsibilities deemed necessary by the contractor.
