We are seeking a multipurpose position, Carpenter / Drywall Installer / Framer to perform a variety of construction tasks, including structural framing, drywall installation and finishing, and general carpentry work. This role requires the ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood or metal framing for walls, ceilings, and floors.
- Construct and install wall partitions, studs, joists, and door/window frames.
- Ensure all framing is level, square, and aligned with project specifications.
- Measure, cut, and install drywall panels.
- Fasten drywall to framing structures.
- Tape, mud, and sand joints to create smooth surfaces.
- Repair damaged drywall and prepare surfaces for painting or finishing.
- Perform rough and finish carpentry tasks.
- Install trim, baseboards, molding, doors, and hardware.
- Build and install cabinets, shelving, and other wooden structures.
- Repair or replace damaged woodwork.
