Hours of Work: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (45 hours per week; approximately 195 hours per month)

Salary: CI$36,000-CI$42,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

About The Wellness Centre
The Wellness Centre is a licensed outpatient mental health facility providing psychological, behavioural, and developmental services across the lifespan. Our Developmental Support Services Team delivers evidence-based, trauma-informed behavioural interventions that promote communication, learning, independence, and community participation.

Position Summary
The Behaviour Technician works under the supervision of a Behaviour Analyst or Clinical Supervisor to implement individualized behavioural intervention programs for children and adults in clinic, home, school, community, and workplace settings.

Key Responsibilities
Implement individualized behaviour intervention programs.
Deliver one-to-one behavioural services across multiple settings.
Collect and maintain accurate behavioural data.
Assist clients in developing communication, social, adaptive living, academic, and vocational skills.
Implement behaviour support plans developed by supervising clinicians.
Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, employers, and multidisciplinary professionals.
Complete documentation using the Company's electronic health record system.
Maintain confidentiality and professional standards.
Participate in supervision, staff meetings, and professional development.
Perform additional duties assigned by the Clinical Manager or Director.

Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must possess:
Recognized RBT, IBT, ABAT, or equivalent Behaviour Technician credential in good standing.
Associate's Degree in Psychology, Education, Child Development, Behaviour Analysis, or a related field.
Minimum three (3) years' experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioural support needs.
Knowledge of Applied Behaviour Analysis principles.
Understanding of trauma-informed care.
Experience providing culturally responsive services.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valid driver's licence.
Satisfactory Police Clearance.

Working Conditions
Services are delivered in clinic, home, school, community, and workplace settings throughout Grand Cayman. Regular travel between service locations is required. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required.
