BEAUTY & NAIL TECHNICIAN – LEAD & TRAINER.

Meraki Wellness, Grand Cayman, is seeking an exceptional Beauty & Nail Technician – Lead & Trainer to deliver luxury treatments while supporting technical standards, training and development within our Beauty & Nail team.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 5 years’ professional experience within a luxury spa, five-star hotel/resort, premium salon or equivalent wellness environment.
• Recognised professional Beauty Therapy and Nail Technology qualifications.
• Advanced expertise in luxury natural nail care, manicure and pedicure services, gel and builder gel systems, with exceptional shaping, cuticle work, preparation and finishing skills.
• Proven experience training, mentoring and assessing Beauty Therapists/Nail Technicians and maintaining consistent treatment standards.
• Advanced professional gel and builder gel product and technique training.
• Professional product and technique training in premium natural nail systems, including L’Atelier Green Paris or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of nail health, hygiene, sanitation, treatment protocols and five-star guest service.
• Experience with spa management systems, preferably Zenoti.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills with immaculate professional presentation.

Experience with Jeni Draper advanced gel/builder gel techniques, L’Atelier Green Paris, Bastien Gonzalez or Margaret Dabbs methodologies is highly desirable.

Salary: US$36,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, excluding breaks. Shift work, including evenings, weekends, and public/bank holidays, is required.
