Mykonos Ltd., is seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor to oversee daily bar operations and supervise bar staff while maintaining high standards of service and beverage management.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate daily bar operations and staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and efficient bar service.
• Manage beverage cost control, stock management, and inventory control.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and monitor stock levels, usage, wastage, and variances.
• Assist with beverage ordering, receiving, and proper storage of products.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Monitor cash handling and point-of-sale procedures.
• Train and support bar staff and ensure company service standards are followed.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of relevant bar/hospitality experience, including supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
• Proven experience in beverage cost control and inventory management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be available and willing to work weekends and public holidays.
